Policy
In order to assure its efficient and orderly operation and the safety of its employees and consumers, PIC may conduct investigations and searches as necessary. Employees have no expectation of privacy on PIC premises or while conducting PIC work off premises.
Practice
- PIC reserves the right to conduct workplace investigations and searches of its premises and equipment, employee work areas, and desks at any time.
- Employees have no expectation of privacy in these areas.
- An employee who fails to cooperate with such an investigation or search will be subject to disciplinary action.
