Policy
When reasonably possible PIC offers an agency sponsored retirement program to benefit eligible employees.
Practice
- Benefit eligible employees are eligible to participate in agency sponsored 401k on the first anniversary of their date of hire.
- Employees become eligible for agency match of retirement contributions following one (1) complete year of employment.
- The agency match is set by the board of directors and outlined in plan documents provided to each employee.
- Employees are able to self-direct their investments through the selected plan administrator.
